쪽지 건수 알림(읽지 않은 쪽지 건수 알림)은 강의지원시스템의 쪽지의 받은쪽지함에 있는 읽지 않은 쪽지 건수를 
메일로 발송해 주는 기능입니다.
Message alert is a function that sends mail for unread messages in the Lecture Support System inbox.


쪽지 건수 알림 기능을 이용하기 위해서는 다음과 같이 설정하면 됩니다.


강의지원시스템 로그인 -> [설정] -> [쪽지 건수 알림] 항목의 “메일 수신” 선택 -> 읽지 않은 쪽지 건수 입력 -
> [설정 저장]을 클릭하면 됩니다.
Login to the Lecture Support System -> [Setting] -> [Message Alert] and select 'Receive E-mail' -> Enter 
number of unread messages -> click [Save Settings].


※ URP 종합정보시스템의 개인정보에 이메일 주소가 등록되어 있어야 가능합니다.
※ E-mail must be registered in the personal information of the YURP system to use this 
functions.

※ 학교 이메일이 아닌 다음(@daum.net), 네이버(@naver.com), 구글(@gmail.com) 등의 업체 메일을 등록할 경우 업
체 메일 시스템의 메일 자동 분류에 의해 스팸편지함으로 분류될 수 있으니 설정을 하였음에도 메일로 알림이 오지 
않는 경우 스팸편지함을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ When registering other E-mail such as daum (@daum.net), naver (@naver.com) or google (@gmail.com) 
instead of the YU/YNU E-mail, it may be categorized as spam messages. If the Message Alert function is 
enabled and the E-mail for the Message Alert might not go off, check your spam mail box, please.
